I had a rabbit for 6yrs until a few months ago he passed away of a Seizure and it was 2 lonely so I adopted Topper a Handicapped Piggy. His was born with out a Back foot or Toes he just has a Peg Leg. He does great Though. He was born Valentines Day! My daughter 2yrs, she named him Topper, becuase my Husband wanted Popperz, she can only say Topper. So Topper Popperz is his actual name I just call him Topper for Short.
He is a English or American Piggy. He is most Orange he has a Brown Agouti Patch on his Right side and a SMall patch of White on his Left side of his head and under his Chin.

Hello and welcome! That's an interesting cage. Easy access for both hands through the top. Great, since pigs really like all four feet on something solid. This is a great like to basic cage sizes: www.guineapigcages.com.
Have you considered getting Topper a friend. Pigs are very social animals, and while they love their people, they also want a guinea pig pal to do piggy things with. Hard to do a good piggy train or play tag, without at least two piggies!!!
We have a Pet Parade section where you can post pictures of your other pets, if you haven't already!

I would like another Piggy. I am trying to talk my husband into it. He has never had them before and 1 is what he wanted but I am trying hard to change him mind. I have had many piggys before and they have all been in groups. Hopefully i will get him convinced

Hehehe, turn us loose on him!!! There is a lot of good information available on why two or more is better than one, but each time someone is introduced to a pet for the first time, they start the learning process from scratch. Good luck.

Hi Victoria (from a fellow New Yorker)! Welcome to Wheekers! Topper is adorable, and bless you for adopting such a special piggy (although I think they are all special)! I sympathize with you on the husband thing.....If it weren't for my husband, I think my daughter & I would have a big tribe of piggies (at least 6). For now, we are quite happy with our Cupcake & Sprinkles. Have fun with Topper!
