My short lived dictatorship at Wheekers is over! Proboards HQ found about me getting the mods to do all my household chores and buy me gifts, and have insisted I share the power with someone marginally less corrupt in the hope I will mend my ways, and alleviate suffering. So our new administrator at Wheekers is newpig! I'm sure you will all agree that her passion for pigs and longstanding devotion to the forum set her up superbly for this role (although, actually.... there was that time I asked her to cancel an anniversary weekend away with her hubby to stay to move a thread from one forum to another - she refused which was a bit flighty of her!)! Clover is very happy to see newpig step up to heading the forum with me, and said newpig is very lucky to be working alongside me as I am the kindest, funniest, prettiest person she has ever known!! (Okay, so I made that last stuff up, but this new appointment does come with Clover's royal seal of approval!) And on a final note - any problems you would have come to me about - you can now see newpig about, thanks! |

Hello Treen,
Thanks for all you have done at Wheekers over the years. I remember discovering your website when I was researching guinea pig care nearly 3 1/2 years ago. It was a mine of information and put me on the right track to responsible piggy ownership. I am sure that Wheekers is in safe hands with Newpig.

I am an admin too on one forum and was the only one too at a certain point. I hated that!! Suppose something happened to me and nobody could access the lot!! Glad you are sharing your realm again, Treen! Congratz Newpig!!!!  |

Thank you all. I'm very honoured that Treen and Clover wanted me for this role but also a bit apprehensive. I am pretty relieved not to be washing Treen's socks anymore - will be good to get that peg off my nose at last.
Treen are you ever going to forgive me for not cancelling that weekend!
Jackie has given me a few tips for keeping Treen under control so I'll do my best.

Hey Lesa, I just realised this appointment is well timed with Christmas coming up...! You know I'm allergic to smilies and am physically unable to alter the files?! Just looking at them all in a row makes my eyeballs blister. Well, now you can make Christmas happen for everyone on here by putting all the festive smilies up...... lol. Just, whatever you do, don't delete the whole forum by accident!! lol
