Sammie is doing very, very well indeed and is turning out to be quite a friendly little guy. He loves coming out of the terranium and has been having cuddles and strokes quite a lot too. Feeding is still going well and he's definitely becoming much more curious about foods as well. Still haven't mentioned about him to my Grandparents though - but they love small furry pets, so shouldn't be too much of a problem lol. Will update with more photos soon enough - had a bit of a problem with camera and netbook etc. Mweekie!

Thanks Katie (have pm'd you back by the way) and Janet Sammie's much tamer, although his current favourite game is "Wake Mummy up at 2am by bashing my hanging water bottle against glass!" So, the sooner I get a water bottle with suction cups the better lol. Other than that, I hardly hear him when he's awake at night. I've been using ear plugs over night, and will continue to do so until water bottle has been ordered and has arrived at some point next week. I will put up another couple of pictures soon, but am still having problems with netbook and camera. Mweekie!

Wow! I hadn't realised that I hadn't updated this in nearly a year lol. Sammie is definitely getting to be a spoilt little boy! But he's my spoilt little boy who I love lol. He's doing really well. Constantly coming to the front of the tank to come out in the evening, or just have his night time treat. He absolutely loves his chinchilla box which I brought him as his christmas present and I also brought him a large water bottle with suction cups as soon as I could as well - think I got it in March lol. I love him to pieces and he has certainly cheered me up whenever I've been low. Anyway, just got one more (sad) thread to do and then I am off to bed. Mweekie!

Sadly Sammie passed away at some point during the day. I came home from work to find him curled up in his chinchilla box, fast asleep, so I know he was comfortable xx
