Melvin is the "funky" looking one and he is about 9 months old. Mila is the brown one and I think she is about 5 months old. This is Melvin relaxing before he had a friend Mila is the most comfortable when she is in her little snuggle bag Mila outside for the first time Melvin was trying to impress Mila for hours after they met and it tired him out so much that he fell alseep in his food bowl

AWWW - what a lovely happy pair!
Cross gender bondings are the most stable once initial acceptance has happened, and they can be very loving indeed! You couldn't have made both piggies happier indeed!
That last picture of Melvin is just hilarious!

I just had a little guinea pig photo shoot of Melvin and Mila. Mila wasn't impressed, but once Melvin joined her and there was a treat involved, she seemed to be ok. Melvin Mila is wondering what's going on Ohhh..a snack....take all the pictures you want

Soooo cute!!!! I wish I could do photo shoots! Mine wouldn't sit anywhere long enough for me to focus the camera! I have to be satisfied with action shots from my phone camera! heheh

I have a light tent for photograhy and I put them in there. It's fairly small, so there's not too many places they can go. The hard part is to get them to actually face to the camera, but it's fun and I only do it for maybe 5 minutes at the time. Treats help too :-)

Lovely pics I tried lining mine up in a row to get pigtures once - I had loads of pigtures with a row of pigs where at least one of them had their butt facing me! I got one of four butts in a row and then eventually one of four faces in a row Along with a pile of salad in front of them...
