She doesn't have an accent Bean! She's from the States. I have been thinking about some sort of platform as well. I wanted to make mine longer than one grid, so they would need something to prop them up, unlike the ones in the video. I was thinking PVC pipe. Would that work for you too?

She doesn't have an accent Bean! She's from the States. Ha! You're a funny lot! Her accent sounds kind of Minnesotan to me? But she does mention ordering something 'from the States' - I guess people can move though! Cor it's all been going on while I've been away hasn't it!!! Goodness me, yes it has! I've also been to post a letter and made popcorn since you were last on, but I'll save those tales for another time!

I love those corner shelves, and the pad she has for it. I have never been able to manage the connectors, but I can zip tie anything Bean, her accent is what we call mid west, as it's sort of a non accent for the US. News broadcasters are taught to speak that way to be viable for multiple markets, otherwise their accents would restrict them to local news. There are actually people who teach that non accent

That's weird as to me she sounds like she has a definite lilt to some of her vowels - there's a US accent I'm used to hearing where it sounds pretty non-distinctive. Maybe her lively intonation is distracting me!
I don't want everyone to think I'm obsessed with nether regions, but the boars' bits on the skinny pigs look rather different don't they - much more *ahem* pronounced!
Correx should be coming today - I have a couple of hours free so if it could come this morning that would be great and I can get it all sorted. Going to have to rejig a bit of furniture to get a 2x4 to fit, and possibly lose something. Will see how it all comes together when it's done.

He he he, you haven't heard me talk I definitely have an accent I heard happiness and enthusiasm in her voice, but not an accent. The lilt or tone can definitely indicate location. Not sure the lack of hair does really accentuate his positives, though I have a super well endowed boar friend on Facebook, and he's a Teddy, do maybe it depends on the boar? I always found I could fit more cage than expected in the designated space. I don't think I have great spacial perspective. I hope you find a setcup that works for everyone

I love accents, I like all the US regional accents; how different the deep south sound. We have regional accents here but as media is progressing, they do seem to be getting less and less.

Mainly seems that anyone who gets famous works to lose their accent (and get a mouthful of white shiny veneers too). It's a shame. Not sure the lack of hair does really accentuate his positives Haha! Well put! My correx came, but too late for me to do it today. There's always this evening but I have a few other things to sort, so am not sure it's on the agenda. It'll be in the next few days though. The boys were out gadding around in the run all day today. They have left me a lot of fertiliser!

Oh I can't wait to see what you come up with Bean!
Speaking of accents, mine is all messed up. Being born and raised in Pittsburgh PA left me with an accent and dialect like none other. The languge spoken in the Pittsburgh area is so unique it has been given its own name; Pittsburgeeze. Then throw in the fact that I have lived in 3 different southeren regions, all with their own accent. No one can ever figure out where I am from!

Oh I can't wait to see what you come up with Bean! Seeing as you're talking about second levels, I had a hope that you might come up with something ace and I could just copy it?! Spoilsport! I love mishmosh accents and trying to pick out which bit came from where. I have a friend who has moved around loads and has this strange habit of unintentionally speaking in the accent of whoever she's talking to - not full on but just the odd bits and pieces. It's very funny!

HA! Bean you are funny! My plan was to do the same, so I guess that means neither of us will come up with a second level idea!

What? No second level ideas?!? May it never be! I was soo depending on your much more experience to have taught me oh wise Bean & faafaa. I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I keep trying to figure out how for me to create a 3rd level...not sure yet, but I keep thinking. Bean, how did you insert two quotes into a reply? I've tried repeatedly and failed repeatedly. As to accents, I definitely have an American accent but with bits that is, as all things American, definitely a melting pot. Even more so than with my accent, I am a melting pot of language. I find myself using regional words from all around the USA and world. I've even been noticing that I'm using new words that I've picked up from my new British friends on this forum. I'm also a fast talker. I live on the coast of Florida which isn't "Southern" by language. When I went to college in Tennessee, I picked up (unintentionally) the Southern accent. I really confused the locals as I spoke a quick version of Southern. I have never been told so many times in my life (or really at all) to slow down my speech.

I have one of the Boston accents, so I can pahk my cah in Hahvid Yahd with the best of them. I have tempered the accent a lot over the years, mostly because I worked in an international situation for so long, I had to have a neutral sound foreigners understood. I also pick up the accent people are speaking around me. It's a problem because my foreign accents are so good, people think I speak the language and start talking to me at warp speed. I learned the hard way to just speak English

Bean, how did you insert two quotes into a reply? Ooooh I don't know if you're ready for that kind of responsibility yet. It's serious stuff, I think you need to be here for a few years before we can trust you with that kind of weapon! (I just reply on the 'quote' button as normal, but if there are any other posts I want to quote, before that I right click on the quote button from that post to choose 'open link in new tab' and then copy and paste it over into the original reply. Magic! Let's see you strut your stuff!) This morning I need to make two birthday cakes, then hopefully a cage. Just the one level, I'll give you lot a bit more time to come up with the perfect solution for the second levels.

Piggles, So I decided to use your quote to help me to try and show off to Bean.... So here is quote #1 I didn't know how to do it, either Ooh, 2 birthday cakes. Not bad until you get to decorating! Did the rain cool the temps you are? Quote #2 Bean, how did you insert two quotes into a reply? Ooooh I don't know if you're ready for that kind of responsibility yet. It's serious stuff, I think you need to be here for a few years before we can trust you with that kind of weapon! Magic! Let's see you strut your stuff!) This morning I need to make two birthday cakes, then hopefully a cage. Just the one level, I'll give you lot a bit more time to come up with the perfect solution for the second levels. How about Quote #3 just to strut my stuff a little more ...hehehe Mainly seems that anyone who gets famous works to lose their accent (and get a mouthful of white shiny veneers too). It's a shame. Not sure the lack of hair does really accentuate his positives Haha! Well put! My correx came, but too late for me to do it today. Oooh get you, not just posting two quotes but having one with a quote within a quote too - I underestimated your magnificence!
But can you do this?!
*juggles with 20 balls*
3piggles, my cake decorating skills aren't very impressive so I focus on making nice cakes, rather than anything eyecatching! They both tasted good, so job done. There were actually three family birthdays to celebrate but my sister did the other cake (which she had intended to make but ended up visiting a patisserie instead!). There were two teddy bears celebrating birthdays too (Bear Factory ones who come with birth certificate) and Josh and Cadders (who were absent but also had their birthdays celebrated) had special bun cases filled with veg for us to bring home too!
We did get a bit of a storm just after we ate (the kids all took their tops off and ran around outdoors during it!) and it did freshen things a bit, but it was still a stuffy night.
