Mine love watermelon, and it's a good hydrating fruit. Not too much apple at a time, maybe a slice per day. That's great that he's settling in enough to manage bwing moved and still be okay Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk

So everyone Crowley has been adjusting super nicely to his new home and setting! He comes out a lot more often now! Today I played (or tried to) with him outside! He was too scared to come off the blanket! Here are some new pictures of him/us Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Aww lovely photos, he is so sweet! Remember guinea pigs are prey animals so the outdoors where it's completely open space above them can be pretty intimidating. I always put mine outside with a hidey (usually just a cardboard box with a door cut out) so they have somewhere to retreat to if needed. Once they feel more secure, they'll come out more.
For some reason magpies always come and squawk at them when they're out. At first the pigs would run back inside until they went, but now they just ignore them. They have to learn for themselves things are okay. (Interestingly the magpies never bother the rabbits when they're out - weird eh?!)
I just moved this post into your original thread (it was in another section) - hope that's okay. We tend to all try to have one profile thread for our pigs that we update - it makes it much easier for everyone to keep up with each other's news and updates. You can change the title of the thread by editing the first post at any time - people often do it to let everyone know they've added something new.

Oh okay cool! That's totally fine (that you moved it) Next time I'll take his box out there! I'm just trying to get a little bit more open and not so scared! Luckily my dogs haven't touched him cause they're afraid of him! His noises make them frustrated and unable to comprehend where they come from! Here's a picture of those two: it's a pit bull/boxer and a toy poodle The poodle (Jenny) is more interested in Crowley than Ringo (pit bull/boxer) but probably because Crowley once squealed at her and she squealed back! Haha Thank you so much for the help! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Attachments:

Crowley is adorable I think he's a Teddy, which I love. Your dogs are gorgeous, too. Feel free to start a thread about then in the Pet Parade section, if you haven't already Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk

In time love he will come out very hapily, it is just that everything is strange to him at the moment. It won't take him long to realise how much he is loved and totally safe.
