Hey everyone, newbie to the forum here!! Picked my boys up last night!! I've been wanting to get another pair of pigs for a while now and I saw these two boys up for adoption and couldn't resist!! Meet Royal and Roman (royal has more white) Right now they are a little freaked out so I am giving them time to adjust to their new surroundings before I start cuddling them. But they are super chill and ADORABLE! Always wanted a teddy guinea and now I have a pair of brothers

Can't wait to see pigtures of the newbies. What will your cage setup be, two pairs in two cages, or are you planning to put all 4 together?

Since they are all right around the same age I will probably put all 4 together in the big C&C cage (6x2 with a small loft)

Aww they are gorgeous and welcome to Wheekers!
4 males together may well need a bit more space than a 6 x 2 - it's a great sized cage and would be fine for as many females, but boars often need that extra bit of space to be able to get away from each other. As they will all be going through their teenage years at the same time (and hormones can send the boys a little crazy!), I'd say that would be especially important. If it works out then great, but it's always worth having a Plan B for how to house them if they don't get along - whether it's extending the cage or having two separate ones.
Hope your new boys have settled in nicely.

For 4 boys together I would suggest a two level cage with designated areas such as two kitchen areas on the upper level with sleeping areas at each end of an open play area on the first level. I've found it helps to keep boys busy and give them a lot of exercise. Traveling between areas does that.
