I currently have 3 female guineas and I have to keep one separate from the other two due to aggression. I have come to the point that where I am living now is just not big enough to house all of them and need to re-home the two older girls. I just really want to make sure that when finding them a new home that htye are going to get the care that they need. I am also considering talking with my local humane society to see if they have room for them. I am just wondering what your thoughts are and how you would go about this? thank you!

Please don't advertise the pigs on Craig's List. Most people looking for pigs, hamsters, etc. on Craig's List are looking for snake food. I hope that's not what you want for your girls.
Older pigs are much harder to rehome than younger pigs. People want cute, youngsters full of life, not more sedate, older pigs. Plus, if you've had the older girls for a while, your home is the home they know, and have known for quite a while. Rehoming them will be very upsetting to them, especially if they are rehomed together. Why are you rehoming the older girls, instead of the younger girl? The younger girl would adjust to a new home much more quickly and easily, and would be much more likely to get adopted.
If you're going to take the pigs to the humane society, please make sure they regularly handle guinea pigs. Most humane societies will take any animal, but like my poor Morty pig, they end up in a tiny cage in the busy front entry, sniffed by all the dogs, poked by all the kids, and generally overlooked because they're not in a good display area.
I really hope you will rethink rehoming your older girls, and if necessary, rehome the younger girl.

Before you take them to Humane Society, see if there is a local small animal rescue near you. And then check it out thoroughly. But, I've been there, trust me...give it a few more days. You may come to find you can handle it after all. If not, it would be better, as 3piggles said, to rehome the lone, younger girl to someone who already has a young female needing a companion. Good luck.

I am thinking that I may have a solution. I might change around the C&C cage to have a slightly smaller upper level Just for Luna and try to incorporate my Midwest cage that way they can take up less space which will help me make room for some more of my things in my room and also make the guineas more organized. If you have any ideas as to how I can do with with 16 grids and a Midwest cage please let me know! I really would love to figure this out so that I can keep my girls! I love them so much it's crazy lol

Do you need to stack the cages? You can use the roof of the Midwest cage as the floor of Luna's cage. Attach the grids with zip ties for stability, and put something on the roof/floor to protect Luna's feet. It probably won't take all 16 grids, unless you need to build a cover, and Luna can have the same size cage as the other girls. You can also keep the zip ties a bit looser on one grid, using the lip ties as hinges, and attach that grid to the surrounding grids with some thing easily removable. Then you have a door to Luna's cage for easy access.

I do want to have them stacked to some extent to save space. They all need to stay in my room because my dad's girlfriend is allergic to the hay. My room isn't super big so I'm trying to save space with the cages that way I have more room.

My pigs have high rise living - I had two who didn't get along, so switched cages from a C&C cage to shop bought ones I could put one on top of the other (and got them new pals). It's near the window so still light in the lower cage, and they get swapped over so they get turns with their cage door open and floor time. (I also usually switch the pair with a female in season to the bottom as there's often lots of chasing which can be quite noisy for their downstairs neighbours!) I'm not familiar with the Midwest cages though - I chose ones with solid tops to make stacking easier. 3piggles' plan sounds good.
Hope you find a way to keep them all if that's what you'd like. But I agree that a single younger female would be much easier to rehome than an older pair. I'd definitely use a rescue to help you rather than free ads as they'll have so many extra ways and knowledge about weeding out the wrong sorts of people and finding great new homes.

Tonight Alex and I might have time to try and figure something out for the girls, but it all depends on how it goes. We have some things to do to get ready for a friend's birthday and he has a later class tonight.

Finally finished the baking portion of the night. Going home when they are cool to have some snuggles with my girls and then planning for the cage tomorrow! When I get the cages done and everything I will make sure to show everyone!

Today I finally got the chance to build the new cage! Pat and Star are in a 3x3 cage, and Luna is in the Midwest Plus above them. There are cubes under the Midwest along with the lid to keep Luna's cage in place. Everything is connected with zip-ties to keep it super sturdy. I made sure that it could take a lot of pressure before I put Luna's cage up, and made sure that hers wouldn't slip out of place when she runs laps (which she does a lot). It really is perfect for me right now! The girls are all super happy, and I can already tell that they are going to be getting more time with me because they are right next to my bed. I have found that I already spend a ton of time watching and talking to them while I'm going about my business in my room. Pat and Star love having their hay and food in the one sort of "cubby" space under Luna. If anyone has some ideas on where would be a good place to buy cage liners it would be very appreciated. I'm looking to get some good prices and get one 2x3 and three 1x1 rather than a 3x3 for Pat and Stars cage that way they are more likely to be used with other cage set ups. Thank you!

Oooh well done - what a great job! So pleased you found a great solution. Despite the cages being stacked it looks like it's still easy for you to get access to everyone which is great.
Hope they don't keep you awake!

I am the heaviest sleeper in the world so we are good on that one. Plus the girls tend to be quieter at night so it works out well.
