Oh and because all but one of my other pigs was named after them. Like alfalfa we got from them because my pigs have been abbys and alfalfa in the little rascals had a big calic.

Some females have a dot in the center of the 'Y', I think that is when they are heat. Some sows have a tiny dot in the middle, but it doesn't make them boars. By the age if your 'sow' you should be able to tell the sex. Some sows bottoms may be big, making them look 'boyish', but they are not. And if nothing pops out, then it's probably not a boy, or just not showing. I can help you figure out the sex once you get your camera working. I can get some pictures of a female & the males, so you can tell them apart. Two of my males were born April 22-25 2005, and I can for sure tell they are males, and don't even have to do the 'see if anything pops up' thing. She is probably a female, but who knows.

But males are still awesome- they purr a lot, but have a musky odor, but they are cuddly, but I find they get along worse- especially when going through boy-hood to man-hood.
This one time it looked like Storm was sterile, but he isn't. But that has nothing to do with this. LOL.
Lucy is probably a female, but I don't know, because I haven't seen.

I would stop pushing on the little guinea pig and let her settle in to her new environment. So far she's had a dog trying to get at her and her new caretaker pushing on her and she needs to settle in and learn that she's in a non-threatening place. You can take her to the vet for a new-pet checkup and find out the sex at that time.

I just did it like 3 times at diferent times. My did not try to "get at her" he just wanted to see her. He didn't mean harm and none was done.
