I'm so sorry about Rommie. She had a great, long life with you, and didn't have to suffer. You have your pigtures and memories, so she will always be with you.
HEhehe, watching the boys sort it out must have been exciting, nerve wracking, etc., lol. Glad they did sort it out and are doing fine together!!!

I am so sorry that you had to let Rommie go. That must have been hard for you!
It is great that you have managed to bond Moritz with the other girls. Not all girls will accept a boar.

It is great that you have managed to bond Moritz with the other girls. Not all girls will accept a boar. Yes, i was surprised, too. But I' m very happy that it was successful (2 groups could be complicated) Today the pigs were outside for a few hours and I made some pictures ^^ (look Trines big foot ) And here are two older pictures ^^ Ink as flat as the underground (seems like Ink wanted to fuse with the litter ) Trine slept for the first time in the hayrack

Awwww! I want to reach in and snuggle them!!! They will kill you I really want to come more often online, but I' m stucking in universitiy- work (we just made a bat- project with telemetry and this stuff, and now I must read paper about shrews and there's not as much time as I want to have ) Two weeks ago Ink had a big surgery. She had a little tumor and next to it was a big abszess. It was directly below her chin. But surgery was good and there were no problems with the suture till Ink managed it to open it with her teeth (I must suggest that she has only ball joints ) But it's almost healing (thank god ^^ ) Oh, and the little girl is bullying Trine and Trine always acts like a dramaqueen (always squeeking, also when there's nothing to squeek *head on desk*

I am glad to hear that Ink is getting better despite her shenanigans. Trine's squeaking is submission squeaking; your girls have obviously a change in the hierarchy.
Best of luck with your uni project!

Good to hear from you when ever you can get on!!!Ooh, glad Ink is doing better. There are surgical socks, sort of like gauze smocks with leg and arm holes cut out, and Velcro to hold it together. I don't know if anyone makes them, and will check Guinea Lynx for that. Not a bad idea to have a couple around for surgeries, as it keeps them from chewing their stitches.
Ooh, the telemetry study sounds interesting. Just don't try using your mental sonar to drive, lol!!!

Trine's squeaking is submission squeaking; your girls have obviously a change in the hierarchy. Obviously ^^ But sometimes it's very annoying 3piggles: I tried it with a cuted stocking, but Ink removed it in five minutes. Then I tried a smaler one, but then she went crazy, so I tried without one. By the time the wound is healing very good. We needn' t to wash anymore and I now should put some kind of healing cream on it. I'm confident ;D So, and now new pics with sleeping pigs sleeping Trine sleeping Moritz the both girls in the hayrack and there I have little video of the three killing a carrot from this evening

Long, long time ago I got a new laptop, I lost most of my bookmarks and passwords. But now I'm back (I hope ) Sadly my beloved Trine gone over the rainbowbridge in February 2013. It was a hard time for me, because I loved her so much. But her intestine stopped working. The Vet and me tried all, but nothing worked. At least she was so full of painkillers that she fell asleep peacefully in my arms. By now there are only Ink and Moritz. Moritz lost last summer one of his incisor (?). But he gets on well with it. My favourite picture of Trine A current picture of Moritz and Inky (but not my current cage )

Welcome back, not sure I was here when you were last year. Your piggies are beautiful! Always hard when you loose that special piggie I lost my baby boy a few months ago, after a lot of teeth problems :-( xx

Thanks for the nice welcome back Trine is now with my other beloved piggies in heaven. I think they eat all the day long and are very happy Yesterday Ink got her summercut and then I noticed a hairless spot at her side. We are going to visit the vet next week. I think it could be ovarian cysts or something with the thyroid :/
