Attacks from others pigs usually cause tears or tatters. Good to know. I'll let hubby know.

Alright so probably tag holes then in Murphy's ears. My teenager says put plugs in there mom and give him a pirate name! LOL
I paint my own nails. (Thanks silamb) Hello my name is Jen and I am a nail polish addict! It's the only girly thing about me. They are painted more than not. I have a whole shoebox sized container overflowing with nail polish!

I always loved having my nails polished, but doing it myself meant only doing my left hand. I am totally right handed, and polishing nails with my left hand was not pretty. So for a while I tried getting my nails professionally done. Turns out being ADD means never being able to wait for the polish to completely dry. Definitely a must when driving a Jeep Wrangler So I gave up, and just admire others nails, lol

3piggles you're too funny! I hate waiting for nail polish to dry. It does seem to dry a little faster here in the almost-desert. Since I started painting my nails frequently I have gotten way better with my left hand.

It is a question of practice, I sometimes paint my nails. I used to do it all the time. I remember as a kid I was obsessed with make up and nail varnish.

Q tips and polish remover. Let him have some fun I've had problems with my smilies using Tapatalk, which is what I normally use. They don't come through as the smilie face they showed when I selected them? Love Tapatalk, though, as uploading photos is so easy!

When I was younger I was swimming with some friends when one grabbed my foot. I instantly kicked out as a reaction and kicked him in the nose! :-) x

Well.... Its been a terrible weekend. We lost George yesterday and it's all my fault. I have a bad habit of leaving the back door open in the morning so the dogs can get in and out. We haven't seen George since Friday night. He busted out of his make shift cage, and I'm guessing he walked out the door. We have turned the house upside down, layed out food, crinkled bags.... I haven't even seen a stray poo or pee puddle to tell me he's around. I was going to get a more secure cage for him today. I feel like the worst piggy mom ever. Sent from my SCH-I435 using proboards

Oh sweetheart, I am so very sorry to hear this. You are not a bad piggy mum, accidents happen and we cannot always keep our minds on all the things we have to contend with at the same time.
I will pray for his return and please do keep us informed.

Thanks SiLamb. With each passing day I loose a little hope. We are now on day 3 with no sign of George. It's been so hot here. I just hope he isn't suffering. Henry is starting to show signs of boredom/loneliness He is chewing at his cage and his fleece, he has gone pretty quiet too. So, I think it is going to be time to intro Murphy. Murphy has been off Baytril for 12 days now. I have not seen or heard any reasons to think that he still has the URI. Yesterday I went over him, and Henry, with a fine toothed comb looking for signs of ringworm (since I have it) I didn't find anything that would lead me to believe that it came from either of them. What do you guys think, is it time? They haven't even seen one another, so I think the plan for today is going to be to put Murphys cage beside Henrys cage. Murphy is much like Henry; calm, cuddly, seeks out human attention. I am hopeful they will be a good match. If not, I'm going to keep Murphy anyway and they can be grid buddies. All I know is that I am ready for something good. The last few weeks have been littered with let downs for me. It's time to turn things around.
