It is incredibly annoying. Facebook seems to be in some sort of flux, and most people are having some bunch of problems. Same happened this morning. I selected a post to read the whole thing, and when I returned to my news feed to comment, I was back at the newest post, and that one was totally gone I could go to her wall and find it to comment. Camp Nibble was totally gone? Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk

FB is a pain in the arse, I cannot even get onto it. I think I will be OK when my puter is updated but I am not so sure. I have been putting problems down to having an old system. Hope it is sortetd soon for your love, it is really frustrating.

I actually had a decent Facebook day, though selecting notifications still takes me to never never land.

Introducing Percy and Sophie, our new residents. They went to the rescue rather overweight, and still need to lose a fair bit, but they are loads healthier and more active than when they first went in. We had to work really hard at first, to interest them in doing anything besides sitting on their bottoms, but they have some quite perky moments now and they're increasing as time goes by which is lovely to see.

They are adorable, a friend of mine has recently taken a bunny in who was grossly overweight, she is getting slimmer now though love her.

A really good week with the buns here - we've had some binkies and they are showing much more interest in food that isn't pellets (which they don't get many of anymore, but I think it was the bulk of their diet before). It's so nice to see them chomping on hay lots (which, like pigs, they need to do to keep their digestion and teeth in good nick) and foraging around to find bits of veg we've hidden. They're really coming out of themselves now, it's lovely. My daughter was out taking some photos of them this morning - I just downloaded them and found this one which made me chortle, especially with Sophie gazing into space! Not sure who got in to place first, but I suppose it's as good a morning routine as anything else?! She got some nice shots actually - here are a couple more flattering ones!

Haha! Glad you liked it, I think I'm going to set it as my background on the computer!
Oh and the news came in yesterday that these guys have been snapped up! They won't be going to their new home for a few weeks, so we have some more time with them, but I'm so pleased they've got a lovely new forever home lined up and it'll be so nice to see them going off to it a fair bit healthier and happier than when they first joined the rescue.

Percy and Sophie have gone off to a lovely new home now. Really enjoyed having these two to stay and seeing them come out of themselves and start enjoying life. They really were pretty energetic by the time they left - if I was at home I could hear the catflap constantly banging as they ran in and out, playing and chasing each other over a bit of discovered broccoli stalk! Such lovely buns! So our next two charges are babies again. It's a sad story as someone found a cardboard box of 10 baby rabbits abandoned on a back street - and on a hot sunny day too. So lucky that someone found them and took them to Camp Nibble where they are all being looked after wonderfully and will be neutered in a few months before being rehomed. They look to be two different litters by the same parents (the youngest only being about 3-4 weeks so too young to be separated anyway) so it makes you worry about the parents and if the mum is pregnant again. Can't believe people would be so cruel as to abandon them like that. We have two of the boys who the kids have named Benny and Jackson. I think they're the two bigger ones on this photo. They are so very sweet and predictably, the kids have gone a bit cuckoo over them being cut little babies - it's hard not to really!

They are adorable Can't blame the kids So great that the last two have a great forever home, but found their bunny selves in the process We have far too many abandoned pets here, too. Why can't people at least think before getting pets

It's really great what you do. I fostered dogs many years ago, and it isn't easy work is it? It's bittersweet. Watching them blossom then letting them go. But, the outcome is always worth it! And those new babies you are getting are so cute!

They are stupidly and dangerously cute! They're so energetic and inquisitive at this age too, a lot of fun!
So far we have found it okay sending them off to their new homes - it's sad to see them go as we always get attached, but we know the rescue thoroughly vet new homes (unlike another I got a pig from where it just seemed to be a case of 'pick one and go') and knowing they have really fab homes lined up makes it a lot easier. Plus so far we've always got new buns when we've taken back the others, so helping them settle in is a good distraction from moping!
Two of the pairs we've had have been older/ harder to rehome buns. Amazingly they both found homes after we'd had them a month or so, but if their holiday with us had come to en end without a home being found, I think I would have found it more difficult to say goodbye. I don't think there's any danger of these boys not being snapped up as the fluffy babies always find homes pretty quickly.
I bumped in our neighbour yesterday, and they can see the rabbit run from their upstairs window. Turns out the bloke has been scratching his head a bit, wondering if he's been imagining that the rabbits have changed colour!

They are so much fun and I love the move where they sort of jump up in the air in a twitchfest and then land on their side/backs and go straight in to a relax - very cool. A few snaps from today - the lovely and bonkers Benny, who has already been reserved (they're going to be paired up with their sisters after they've had the old snippysnip). The sweet and gorgeous Jackson. And one of them both with their favourite toy - a box of hay, with perhaps a few bits of grass hidden amongst the hay. They're both so friendly and inquisitive - as soon as anyone is around, they're dancing around waiting for a fuss!
