updating title of my thread?

I have a thread about my guinea girls and noticed other people edit their thread titles to add updates and things, how do I do this?

Hi Laura - just go to the first post in that thread, hit edit (on right hand side of post), that brings up the post and you just go into the title box and change it, then submit post.
