[glow=yellow,2,300] Can a pig also be popcorning if he is just running around in short bursts of sprints? My little pig was bursting out all around the room kinda twitching lol. and my other piggie started doing a burst of fast laps outside around his cage lol! Is this like popcorning? If it is, I'm really happy! [/glow]

I think so. I think they are so happy they just do a little pop on the move. I get this allot in floor time with mine. And my naughty piggy who had to be split up from his cage mate for fighting (he is sweet really) pops full on after rumblestrutting through the bars. He likes showing off obviously! If I had a video cam I would be very rich as watching my Spam run is worth money. He is fairly tubby & legs & body do not stop at the same time (also his boys parts are rather large & look hilarious!). He pops but he's weighty & doesn't get far of the ground before thudding back down again!

It is he's a sweetie but very very funny to watch. even his squashed nose cheeky face is funny. Don't you love it when they pop? I get it when the cage is freshly cleaned out... its a reward for the hard work, poinking & excited running around & popping. Makes ot so worth it!

He pops but he's weighty & doesn't get far of the ground before thudding back down again! Lol Spam sounds like my Clover and can't jump high. As soon as she's having her free range time she starts popcorning and she does it when she has a new bed of hay. Its funny watching them charge around in a circle isn't it Vegan. Following the same path everytime, one of these days my Sweetpea will have a dizzy spell .

OH thats great. They are exploring & liking what they see, I also find they do it if they have more space than they are used to. Sounds like they've landed on their paws with you
