Does anyone watch Pushing Daisies. We got hooked on it before the writers strike, and when it didn't come back after the strike, we really missed it. It is so hokey/cute, it's just fun entertainment. The plot is getting more and more silly for this season, so I hope the whole season will be as good as the season premier.

Usually my liking a show means it gets cancelled within a few episodes. Yahoo!!! I haven't managed to kill off the daisies yet!!!

Haha That's like how when I tend to watch something on the internet, the site/account I was watching them from gets shut down within the next few days I think my computer's being watched by the FBI for illegal reproductions of television on the internet

No, it's still on. It went off after the writers strike last year, but has been back since this season started last month. It's a fun show, but aparently not your mother's cup of tea, Sollyrules.
Jujumonkey, usually the networks post those show clips on the internet to catch more viewers, or keep viewers who can't always get the show on it's broadcast night. If the sites go away, it's probably because the network wants to internet viewers to watch it on TV, like the media blackouts when a football game isn't sold out.

lol yeah I know, 3piggles, but it's always so annoying because they only ever remove the show after I start watching it Never anyone else. Like this one show my friend showed me, he'd been watching it on Youtube for aaages, then I go and watch the first episodes, and they delete it ... Then he blamed me for months.. lol YAY PUSHING DAISIES ON TONIGHT

Aw it hasn't started there yet? That's so sad! It hasn't aired here for two weeks... But it's meant to start up again tomorrow after that two week break.. I forget what the previous episode was called.. The Chinese Restaurant thing. SAD NEWS THOUGHThey finished filming the 13th episode of the second season apparently, and don't plan on doing anything else after that Not faaair.

Pushing Daisies has been cancelled. It won't be back next season. The latest TV Guide has an article about advertisers making or breaking shows. Advertisers only give shows a certain amount of time to get high in the ratings and bring in buyers for their products, before they withdraw their support. If a show has product placement support, then it will last despite bad ratings.
Night Rider will come back because it's a product placement show for Ford Motor Company. KITT's a Ford Mustang. CSI:Miami, although doing well in the ratings, is a product placement show for General Motors. All the CSI's drive Hummers. The Big 3 auto makers are begging for money to stay afloat, but they can support TV shows to showcase their products. Also, they aren't showcasing hybrids, they're showcasing SUVs. Only NUMBERS showcases a Toyota Prius as Charlie's car.
So we fans of Pushing Daisies will have to say goodbye to our show at the end of this season. apparently we didn't buy enough of the advertisers' products to keep it on the air.
