Aw I loved Steve Irwin! What an amazing family! It is so wonderful that Steve's family have gone on to honor him so much and have continued to spread his work. Here in the USA, his show the Crocodile Hunter still continues to run. Really, he is every where. Mom Terri and daughter Bindi have appeared on many talk shows over here together. Bindi is so grown up like and a joy to watch. Bindi Irwin is truly walking in her daddy's footsteps and when she speaks of her daddy or her daddy's work, she absolutely glows with pure love for her daddy and what he stood for. Talk about being proud! That statue is beautiful! I'm glad it is of the whole family and not just of Steve. Wow! What a memory and an honor of a great man!

I might put that book on my Christmas list! I think I will too Beckee. Val, it is a lovely statue isn't it. He was only 3 months younger than me, so sad he passed away leaving his lovely wife and young children. Bindi is so much look like her dad.
