I'm definatly going to watch Dr.Who this saturday, the Daleks are coming, complete with their weaponry, a sink plunger! I used to be very scared of them when I was little, I know they look like dustbins on wheels, but I used to hide behind a cushion. They won't have problems going up and down stairs either, they can now fly, so watch out everyone

I never really watched it (think it was before my time...!) and haven't watched any of this series. I would have because I like Christopher Eccleston, but I can't stand Billie Piper so I didn't!
However .... fella's watched a few. And it was while he had the first episode on that I finally accepted I was in labour with Alex, instead of explaining away the contractions as Braxton Hicks that were coming every three minutes and getting a bit uncomfortable..... lol. So now whenever I hear the music, it takes me right back to the moment I knew it was happening!
I've heard they've tried to make this series less scary on account of all the kids who had nightmares because of it!

Aww I bet Alex liked the music and wanted to see the programme lol Christopher Eccleston is leaving the role of Dr.Who, so they will have to find another actor. I used to like John Pertwee as Dr.Who. Also Peter Davidson because he was handsome. For anyone not in the UK, here's what a Dalek looks like. www.ikvhavoc.fsnet.co.uk/daleks.htm

Well Jackie likes murderers (in soaps), so with you liking Daleks, you can have a good natter about your unusual tastes lol.

Lol Treen, they were programmed that way, its not the Daleks fault I felt sorry for him to Jilly, I was hoping some of his Dalek friends would rescue him. I hope they have'nt become extinct. Fingers crossed they'll think of another storyline to get them back in the programme. It was really good how the Dr. first came across him. I thought they looked liked dustbins on wheels, but I can see they look like a pepper pot to.

What was it like? I never watched it first time or this time... I think it was Billie Piper who put me off... remember her dodgy pop career? With tripe like 'Because we want to, Because we want to' and 'Do you have a girlfriend?' Sure they will be playing that on the radio years from now (NOT) Her face is very strange isn't it? But she is very pretty...

Oh they were silly songs wern't they, but young teens must have liked them as she was popular back then wasn't she. I couldn't help but notice that Billie has a slight resemblance to Bingo from the Banana Splits 12121.hostinguk.com/banana.htm The one with the glasses and teeth She is very pretty though, its just her teeth look abit like Bingo's Honestly she's quite a good actress in it, I try to watch it every week, Christopher Eccleston is very nice

Thats great Jilly, I've met a couple of famous people. Betty from Corrie, she used to come into the village Chemist Shop where I was working. she was really nice, just as she is in Corrie, said things like, 'Taa Duck' Also Thelma from the Likely Lads, she was also nice.

I did and wasn't it great lol The Daleks were great! Its a shame they are replacing the Dr. with another one, but I liked how they did it. Its going to be Christmas now before its on again. Yes they could have saved a few Daleks for the next series lol
