Hello my friends
Very sad news I'm afraid. At 1.00 this morning we had to have Tilly our tabby cat put to sleep. She started fitting, couldn’t stand and shaking all over. We took her to the emergency vet and he tried something which may have saved her but it didn't. Needless to say I am gutted. She was outside at the time and luckily I heard her crying. I knew as soon as I saw her that it wasn’t good and today, I am feeling very sad and drained. We just have Felix now and the little stray but I keep thinking I can hear her and see her. I can still remember when she was a stray and only about 3 months old when she came screaming up to me and I took her in. It is heart breaking
Thank you all so much for listening and for being there for me.
Lots of love.
Jo xx

Oh Jo, poor Tilly, what age was she? She's had a great life with you so feel blesses by that. She maybe had a brain tumor, that can results in the symptoms you says. So she's at peace now. Yes, it'll hurt but treasure your memories and how you gave her a home as a wee kitten. Sending you a big hug xxxxc

Oh I'm so sorry, Jo. That must have been so upsetting to see Tilly so unwell, but I'm glad you were closeby to help, even if she couldn't be saved. She's had a lovely life with you. xx

Thank you my darlings for your kind words, she was 10 Margaret love. I think it may well have been tumours and if I had the money I would have had an autopsy because it was so very sudden. Kisses and hugs received and welcomed and thankyou all once again for being such fantastic friends and being understanding and concerned. t means so very much to me. Yes, it ws very distressing seeing her in a constant fit as she was.
Hugs
JO xx

Greetings We have a fat angel cat Christmas tree ornament, silly looking thing with a big belly.
I use a Gold ink pen to scribe the names of our pets who have crossed the bridge, on the belly.
It makes me cry sometimes when I remember things, but it is an on going honor to them and the life we had together.
That is how we deal with this facet of life.
Sorry for your loss.

You mean we celebrate their life not their death, I agree with you love although I too get very upset sometimes when I think of my babies who have gone.

I am so sorry You have had more than your share of losses lately, and each is hard enough without piling them on you. Tilly knew you loved her and knew you would help any way you could. As my grandmother used to say, her warranty just ran out. So many hugs. There will be more animals needing you. ♡♡♡ Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk
