Cute!
I always think my neighbours must think I'm nuts if they see me from out of their bedroom window lying down taking endless pictures of the pigs on the lawn!

My boys are driving me nuts all of a sudden! I have to chase them all over the cage to get them or pet them all of a sudden. They are usually really good about not running away. :-( How does one fix this? Maybe they are coming into puberty?
I need to get some new pictures, and weights, on the boys soon. I just have to find the time to do it. I can't wait until we move and I'm no longer working, then I will have tons of time to spoil my family and my piggys!

They are just gorgeous love and their home is really lovely too. I hope they stop running around when you go to pet them. My piggies have off days sometimes and I just wish they could tell me all about it.

Aww lovely photos!
Hope they settle down again soon, especially if they've been nice and calm for you before. Maybe they are just a bit rambunctious with their hormones!
My two used to try to peg off when you tried to pick them up and although Josh would stay still for a scritch (if you get him in the right spot, he lifts his back leg up and rolls on his side!), Cadders would usually dart off if you didn't have food. Now they both tend to stay still for petting and picking up which is lovely (although if anyone but me tries to pick them up, they're off!) but every now and then one of them will act startled and start gadding about and the other one always copies and starts ducking out of the way of my hands! I just make sure I get them out a bit more and bribe them with veg which usually nips it in the bud!

Hi Faafaa, lovely to meet you. I've been poorly and tired so not felt like logging on recently. All on the mend now and read through your thread, your having a hard time and I hope everything works out in the end, life can be so rubbish at times, but hang in there. Your piggies are really spoilt, so lucky. Thinking about your dogs I must tell you all a story guys.
On Sunday night we were driving along a dark country road and saw this very scared whippet dog running around the road. Anyway we stopped the car and managed to get her in. The police station was shut so we brought her home. I took her to the vet on Monday, and she's only a baby, she hasn't even got all her second teeth yet and is not micro chipped. We reckon she had been dumped. Anyway, the police have our number and has passed our info around locally but no one has phoned, she's Also on FB. . She is lovely natured, so gently but will play with her ball and run around but brilliant in the house. I plan to keep her for another few days and if no one contacts us , a rescue centre called 'second chance' are happy to have her and find her a loving home. I can't keep her as we have 2 dogs already but 3 is just too much for our home and life. I'll let you know how she does. I've called her Boo, in fact I call her baby boo! I'm daft! Xx

Aww your little whippet sounds adorable, Margaret - thank you so much for rescuing her, looking after her so well and helping her find a new home. I'm sure she's helped keep you entertained while you've been under the weather too, and I'm glad to hear you're on the mend.

Its a little hard to remember who I need to reply to when I'm using my phone, if I forget you, its not on purpose! Thanks for all the wonderful compliments! The boys get talked to and handeled a lot, so maybe they are just having a few off days, or maybe they love having us chase them...maybe its entertaining to them. I bet though that they may be coming into puberty, so maybe that's it? Margaret, Boo sounds so sweet. I'm glad you found her. I know because of you she will end up in a great home! Bean, your piggys sound like so much fun to watch! My cage is a 2x3 grid c & c cage, with a 1x2 grid loft. I plan to expand it once we move to a 2x4. Ok I think I covered everything Sent from my SCH-I435

Today I found a travel cage for the boys! I bought it used and got a great deal on it. I don't know how they feel about it, but they will have plenty of time to get used to it.
