I read that whole wheat bread dipped in olive oil is a natural sleep aid. I thought I would try it.

I haven't had a chance to try it, Jo. We go up to the snug, and since by evening, I'm not all that mobile, I don't get back down two floors to the kitchen to make it. I have to make it in advance, and bring it up when we go up to watch TV. Hubby has been on a fruit shortcake jag, so that's what he makes every time he goes to the kitchen for a snack.

Hubby liked the idea of slicing bananas to go with the strawberries and peaches for the shortcake. The foods I make during the warm months are the one thing I like about the heat.
Yes, we are a pair. I still haven't really recovered from overdoing it last week, and my back has been acting up a lot lately. Not so I can't get out of bed, but bending and reaching are out for now.

I adore the fruit you have mentioned hun and that is going to be some shortcake. I wouldn't mind having a go at doing that myself but I am supposed to be watching my figure LOL!!
I am sorry you haven't recovered hun, I cannot bend or pick things up either and do you find you drop more things? I do, I am sure they know I cannot get them LOL! Lots of comforting vibes are on their way love.
