Oxbow seems to be highly recommended. What is the opinion on Soy products? I know soy is NOT good for female rats, so perhaps I'm being paranoid here. So far, haven't found a food w/out it. Zupreem apparently used to be soy free, but since the all mighty dollar wins over everything, they decided to add it, when they had a really good, strong formula before. Seems rabbit and G.Pig food USED to be just hay and vit/min., now it's full of a lot of crap like corn and wheat middlings, and yep, soy.
Well, think we will go w/Katrina for the little cream and white and Jessica for the little calico. We had a black merle w/red Aussie mix named Jessica and we miss her terribly. Thought this would be a good way to honor her and it's just an awesome name.

No problem with soy in piggy pellets. I haven't seen any studies linking soy to guinea pig health problems. Since they only 1/8-1/4 cup of pellets per day per pig, they really don't get that much soy. I found this online: albatross3300.hubpages.com/hub/guineapigdryfoods
