I've heard of him but don't know much about him, besides him being married to Nicole Kidman. He's not really my type (I think his hair's too tidy!), but I can see the appeal and he's definitely foxier than Tom Cruise!
We saw a trailer for a new film with Tom Cruise in and I swear his face had the same slightly quizzical expression in every shot - an undemanding film acting-wise or too much botox?!

Yes he is way nicer than Tom Cruise Bean love who I have never really liked but can understand how he would be a catch. You are right, his expression never changes does it lol?

He's a scientologist too, I could never get past that one, not even for Louis Theroux!
Anyway, sorry Jo, you're here to talk about your new hottie, not some overrated American actor!
Keith Urban, Jon Bon Jovi and Jonny Rzeznick (who I had to google) certainly have a look - I can see why if you like one of them, you'd like all of them!

Because Billy Ray Cyrus is on your list (who I only really know from the song Achy Breaky Heart), I'm imagining them all standing shoulder to shoulder doing a line dance for you! Might not be quite what you have in mind though... ha!

Baz, this is for you www.biography.com/people/nicole-kidman-9364474Apparently Keith Urban was involved in scientology in the 1990s, but I couldn't find anything that said he still was. He's good looking, though I'll take Bon Jovi, Denzel Washington and George Clooney over most of them, most of the time! I like my men a bit neater, sorry ladies I'm not a fan of Nicole Kidman, but she seems to be a good actress, so have to give her credit where it's due. I haven't been to the movies in so long, I don't even know what she's done in the last decade.

I haven't been to the movies in so long, I don't even know what she's done in the last decade. I can't remember the last movie she did, either- and I'm too busy to bother checking IMDb.com. I also appreciate her work, I'm just not a rabid fan.

I was thinking of her the other week as I read 'Before I go to sleep' which I'd seen the film of (starring her) a few years earlier. She was good in it. I thought it was an enjoyable film too (it's about a woman who has suffered severe memory loss as a result of a trauma, so starts every day remembering nothing about her current life and has to learn who she is and what's happened over and over).
I enjoyed reading the book too, and the best bit was, I have such a terrible memory for books and films, that I forgot the twist, so was on the edge of my seat all over again ha!
Anyway, sorry Jo, fancy us all talking about the wife of your new hotty - that's hardly going to help your daydreaming, is it?! Let's just elbow her out of the way, shall we, so you can have Keith all to yourself!

Oy, what happened to you, Billy Ray? I was never a fan of his, and maybe having a daughter whose claims to fame are twerking on national TV, and being involved with all the wrong men, has taken its toll I remember a movie about her seeing dead people, while waiting for her husband to return from the war. I also remember her in a movie about a civil war wife left alone to tend their small farm in the mountains, while the husband went to fight for the confederacy. I'm having trouble remembering others, though I know I've seen her in other movies.

Wow, I am so out of the music scene! I don't think I've bought a CD or downloaded any music in 20 years. We were listening to the radio before the cable and internet were installed, and I think we recognized two songs that were played regularly, out of an hour or more of songs. We used to watch Live From Daryll's House, and Daryll Hall had a different guest singer on every episode, so we got to hear a lot of different music that way. It's just hard to remember who sang what, should we be in a music store or looking through online videos. I'll stick with Bon Jovi
