So both of my Piggies use the kitchen area to do their business. Now my only problem is the bedding getting stuck to the coroplast. Do y'all line your litter pan with anything? Or any tips to prevent this?

When I had a bathroom area in the cage, I used litter tray or box with about an inch of unscented clumping kitty litter under several inches of hay. I used a slotted spoon to scoop out the clumps daily. I found the pigs tend to go to the bathroom the most, where they spend the most time. I used the litter tray as a hay holder, and just pushed the bulk of the hay up in one area, so they went to the bathroom in the rest of it, while they ate.
You might be able to do something similar in the whole kitchen area. Just put down a layer of unscented, clumping kitty litter, and put the hay and fool bowl in there. If the water bottle drips, it just creates a clump in the kitty litter. The clay in kitty litter dries the poos a bit, so you shouldn't need to change the kitty litter more than once a week. It's important to get the balance of kitty litter to hay, so they walk on a layer of hay.
I never had a problem with the pig eating the kitty litter, of getting it stuck in the paws, or breathing it in because they were so close to it. Target made a good litter, not overly expensive, that worked very well. The dusty clay kitty litters tend to be the least expensive, and those with scent crystals, etc., that will harm the pigs seem to be the most expensive, so you only need a middle cost kitty litter.
That's the only thing I've done to protect the cage bottom, and make it easy to keep clean. I'm sure there are many other options.

I used to line the cages with newspaper, but in a bigger cage where it works better to do spot cleaning (rather than doing a complete change every time), it doesn't work as well as in smaller areas. It might work if it's a particular area of the cage they're using though, and it makes it easier to clean as you can just roll up the paper with the soiled bedding on.
White vinegar in a spray bottle is great for cleaning the corroplast. Just leave it to soak in for a minute and everything wipes off with a damp cloth.
