Hello and welcome You can cover the ramp with fleece. The pigs have claws to grip the fabric. You could also use THISYou want something that is washable, either by wiping it clean, or tossing it in the washer. If you're going for tossing it in the washer, an old towel would work, just make sure whatever you use is securely attached to the ramp.

Shound I be adding anything to the hay ( it's timothy) or give them anything else to eat? You're probably fine with not adding anything, but something I like to do is get one of those little white bottles of Vitamin C drops and sprinkle a tiny bit on their lettuce. I know they say to add the drops to the water your pigs drink, but the problem is that if your guinea pigs think the taste is funky, they won't drink and will end up dehydrated. So, I just let them get their Vitamin C from adding it to their vegetable treats I give them. My guys also adore carrots; your pigs would like them, too.

With veg, I give them a small amount of a few different veg each day - they love the variety and it ticks the boxes nutritionally too as you don't have to worry what too much of any one thing will do (whether it causes gas or is too high in sugars etc). Guinea Lynx has a great page on diet.
