As you know I sucsesfully managed to bond my four boars into one group but will they ever be friends? At the moment they "tolerate" each other and they can get a bit strutty every now and then but they still eat, sleep and play together i have piccie and i will upload them tonight

It's a major thing that you have done, for them to tolerate each other without any major arguments is a huge step ... fingers crossed that it stays that way, can't wait to see the pics

They may be friends eventually. I know with my girls they didn't get along at all, then I built the big cage and re-introduced them all. The first few days there was some chasing and rumbling, but now they're all friends! Even Patches and Clover, who hated each other, I keep catching them sleeping in the same house. So it is possible!

girls are easier to bond than boys are though .. girls don't get as territorial as boys .. I can put all of my girls in one big run for grass time and they are fine and get along ... there is NO WAY I could do that with my boys ...
If they aren't friends by the end of the day and they are attacking each other then it is less likely that they will ever be friends ... it's best not to force situations like that ... but if they are tolerating each other then it might be ok .. you'll generally get a feeling after the first 15 mins as to how they are going to be with each other ...

I would say pairs would be easier, and it means that you don't have to take on another piggie if you don't want to ..

Yes, pairs would be a good idea, do they all dislike each other the same or do they like some more than others?Cant wait for the pics if your still uploading them. So sorry they fell out!
