I'll keep my fingers crossed Emma that she wasn't expecting little ones They really shouldn't have released her, not only could she bite someone else, but she might need a special diet that she can't find in England.

I don't live that far from Bridgewater Oooh we'll start to worry if we don't see you for a day or two now! I thought they'd keep it at a zoo or something, not just let it out to die (or have babies and take over England and kill us all...).

Oh just gimme a couple of days, and I'll put up two terrifying photos of a spider my friend saw in her shed the other day. She was atering her mums plants and the water went on the spiders web and he ran out and my friend screamed her head off, then, as we all woudl(!?!?!!?!!!) got out ehr mobile phone and took some pictures. She showed me the next day and I ctually screamed! It was massive!! My phone cable should be coming tomorrow (if not there'll be trouble!!) so I'll get her to send them to me and I'll put them up

I was just thinking the same Skiperdoo! hehe, I squealed when I saw Fiver as one of the Pets of the month! It took me a few minutes to explain to my boyfriend that I meant the rabbit Fiver, not a five pound note... But as promiced, here are the gross out spider photos! Sorry they are so small, my friend only has access to her phone camera now! To get an idea of the massiveness of this spider, the pot it's standing in is about a foot across the top... You may have to save the pictures to your computer and zoom in on them to REALLY see the beastie....

LOL I think I have the worst case of aracnaphobia ever! The average tiny house spider I can put up with but tarantulas....... 'gulp'. I admire those who actually keep them as a pet (why!!! ?) For me Piggys are the best and beat spiders easily! (This is my 100th post!)

Ooooh! I don't like spiders when they're near me, but I do find them interesting and I can look at pictures of them easily. But my computer wont let me look at those links, Clover D: When I was about nine, my sister and I were sitting in the loungeroom when my dad left for work. We turned around to watch him walk out to the car when we noticed a big lumpy thing in the corner of the door. (I'm not really sure how to describe it... you know when the door closes, it fits into that groove? It was in there.) We stared at it, not knowing what it was, and suddenly it was extending legs all over the place. It was about as big as the palm of my hand, maybe a little bigger. Anyway, we screamed and screamed until my mum came running, and she took one look, screamed and ran back to bed, which crepped the heck out of us since usually she was fine with spiders. Anyway, we called mum's friend Di and she came around with a spanner, whacked it and left. The guts and icky bits of legs are still there, in that groove. It's quite disgusting, and the memory still scares me.
