Oh I love her expression in the first photo, its like she's saying ''please hurry and take my pic, I have more important things to do, like have a tug of war with a blanket' lol
She is beautiful Jenna, she looks so healthy, what a glossy coat!

Thanks for the compliments. She has definitely grown very tall! I would not have guessed from her mum that she would have grown tall. Natalie was from a litter of 11 puppies a stray had under my house last winter. We rehomed them all, not intending to kep any as we had just lost a young dog and were still grieving. I guess it was meant to be, though- because no one wanted to take the last girl. Of course, it only took us about three seconds to fall in love with her once we let ourselves. Her mum was a medium black and white dog- I still can't put m finger on what she might have been mixed of- but I think Dad may have had some Dane in him. Natalie is no where near the size of a Dane, of course, but when she runs and plays those big ears go straight up and forward and she looks very Dane-like. She is a big baby, though- but is very obedient and loving. Her favorite thing is to chase ducks at the park and to sleep on her back legs in the air.

It makes it so special that you weren't looking for a dog and she chose you. She knew that you needed her. I'm glad to see someone else's dog sitting on the furniture

You should see the change between my dog. He used to be you know the size of a small puppy and in a few monthes he was HUGE. He weighs 76 pounds I think now. Hes very big. People wouldn't believe me when I used to say he was a puppy. My other dog is liek 17 pounds.

Never heard of that. I have a schnoodle(I got very mad at people at cavycages.com, even know I couldn't post I saw one of the boards and it was about hairless guinea pigs and tehy started saying hows it like breeding mix breeded dogs, which I find is very untrue. Mixbreeds do not need special care or have an extra chance to die or get sick. Most of them also don't shed and most people aren't allergic to) and I have an old English Sheepdog who is a cutie.

How can anyone say that mix breeds are worse than pure breeds?! Peggy is a pure but I know zillions of mixes and they are lovely.

I think Natalie has some Labrador Retriever in her. I have a full blooded black lab male at my grandparents...I cant have large pets here- and she has the same glossy black look with the big floppy ears as him. And she is beautiful!

I will get some pics when I go home. I have some of him with his ears in pony tails and stuff so he looks like he has pig tails.
