Thanks!
Nattie's tire still intact, Titus goes through his moments of demanding affection and attacking anything that moves. Hermie's nickname is crayonface, btw- I always thought she looked like someone drew her with a crayon.

You are a woman after my own heart who loves little animals as much as I do! However, your husband must be more cooperative. Mine was raised by animal-hating fiends. Try the mealworms-they'll LOVE them!

LOL My husband LOVES the rats and the cats and the dogs. He says hamsters are boring and pointless. I don't think he even realized we had mice until I lost a colony last week and I was upset about it. Wasn't a secret- he probably just assumed they were more hamster cages. I am not sure what he thinks of my pigs. He tries to catch them, but he refuses to talk to them in a soft higher voice, so they are usually freaked out by him. But he will hold them if I hand them over- and he thinks it's funny when they try to knock his hand off when he pets them on the head. BUT when I have them on the bed and I'm kissing them and baby talking them- he usually growls 'I think I'm gonna be sick'. LOL
He told me before Mussy that I couldn't have any more pets. And we got McCoy since then, too. LOL He agreed to Mussy only because I gave away some hamster babies and mice- (which I didn't intend to keep anyway but he didn't know that) but with McCoy- he said he didn't even mind- that rats are cool. *rolls eyes*
He is content as long as I never let him see any vet bills or have any idea howmuch bedding and food costs. He saw the price stickers on the catfood a few weeks back and we fought about it all day. I just turn it around on him- since Booger is his cat- and she is getting older- and she has trouble keeping weight on- I say the expensive food is for her sake.
So glad he has no idea how much the dogfood costs! LOL!

This photoshoot went horribly wrong... I invested in a tripod for my camera, and a nice backdrop- thinking I would become the world's greatest pet portrait photographer. *snicker* I need a lot more practice. A LOT. First off- don't choose a sleepy cat as your subject- they are not likely to cooperate when they are awake- definitely don't want to look at you when they are half out of it. Second- must do something about the lighting- Poor Booger eyesare yellow- not yellow and blue and green. Third, secure Titus far from the scene unless you want things like this to happen- Or this. Titus knockiing the backdrop down- and I had no idea Mouse's eyes could any bigger than they already were! Notes for future photoshoots- adjust the lighting lock Titus in the bedroom staple that backdrop into place pick more cooperative subjects- ones disinclined to move
