Hi and welcome to Wheekers!
An interesting recipe, but I'd personally not make those for my guinea pigs as they contain a lot of high sugar items like banana, carrot and honey; thing they don't really need much/ any of in their diet. Oats are also higher in energy that is ideal for them and I;d definitely stick to pellets for the right species rather than mixing rabbit and guinea pig pellets. They have different dietary needs and rabbit pellets don't contain vitamin C which a guinea pig needs in its diet.
I find that with animals, since they don't have our attitude of sweet or fatty foods being a treat, it's best to treat them with things that are good for them. Some freshly picked grass, safe foraged plants or herbs are what mine enjoy most and I know it's not doing their bodies or teeth anything but good.

Hello, and welcome to Wheekers Those may be great rabbit treats, but I don't think I'd make them for my guinea pigs. I only feed my guinea pigs guinea pig pellets, as those are formulated for their needs. Bananas not only have a lot of sugar for guinea pigs, but cause bloat, sometimes critically. Carrots are very high in Vitamin A, which is good for rabbits, but bad for guinea pigs, and I wouldn't add any sweeteners to guinea pig treats. It is, however, a great basic recipe, and with some tweaks, I think it could make some great guinea pig treats. Thank you for posting it
