I just noticed the post about Rowan Atkins. So he and Hugh Grant was wannabes, eh? Probably quite funny He's also performed in live shows with the cast of Monty Python and he fits in with them perfectly. I’ve not see any of them lol

It was a British sitcom back in the 80s set in medieval times, staring Rowan Atkins, Huge Laurie, Stephen Fry, Tony Robinson and others. Actually spelled Blackadder, sorry. It was about a prince(Rowan Atkins) who kills his father the king, becomes king, but is constantly haunted by his fathers ghost.

We thought it was hilarious back in the 80s. Not so much, now that we're old, lol

We thought it was hilarious back in the 80s. Not so much, now that we're old, lol I still think it's great myself. I have the complete set on DVD. It's a bit more intellectual than his Mr. Bean series, but I like that sort of humor.

I used to like it, and watched a few series, although I've never rewatched since it was first on. Just looked up a few clips and I this one made me chuckle!

Tony Robinsons character always wanted a turnip of his own. We still jokingly wonder if he ever got it. He went on to other, less comic things. He was on Time Team, and we recently finished watching his Walking Through History, which we really enjoyed. He got his timeline a bit wrong with Jamestown, saying it was the oldest continuously operating British settlement in the new world, but otherwise they did okay

Because I noticed with Rusty that it looks like he’s started to loose fur around his private area as it looks different to the other side and his fur used to be the same colour not grey or is it he’s over grooming himself.(I don’t know if this is me just being paranoid because I lost my Previous pair of Guinea pigs a few years ago unexpectedly) (Don’t worry, I don’t ussually handle this way. It was only briefly to take a photo) also as I was saying this if you zoom in you can see a couple tiny dots. (I didn’t see anything on his back fur. What are they?) are these signs of parasites?

Meant to add these to previous post ^ As the white dots are hard to see and I took multiple photos

I checked the undercarriage on one of my girls, and other than less hair around the nipples, her hair is full around her privates. If he's losing hair anywhere else, I'd get him to a vet. There are several reasons pigs to lose hair, all of which need vet care.
No idea what the white spots are. Sorry.

As for the white spots, that’s a pain you don’t know. I thought it might if been a parasite as apart from there food bowl I don’t have anything white in the hutch/grass.

Could you get a picture of the fur loss? Is there any soreness/ irritation on the skin around there? My other thought is if there are areas in the hutch that they're using for toileting that are maybe a bit damp to sit on - if they sit in their wee, that can cause fur/ skin issues.
The picture isn't clear enough for me to guess at the white spots. Can you pick one off and put it on your fingernail to see if it moves? I had my first experience of lice a couple of years ago (and we have a microscope so there was no doubt what it was!). They're straight forward to treat, but I think some of the treatments aren't recommended for very young pigs.

I have noticed his fur around private bits being a bit wet and the normal the next day. As for what I thought was starting to loose fur it’s weirdly back to normal. So I think it was just damp. As for the white dots they come off easily and don’t move. Could the white dots been dry skin?

Dry skin on piggies is the same as dry skin on us, so it would be flaky and a bit transparent. It could be something that was in the hay, too. If you think it might be dry skin, Organic, non-gmo coconut oil is recommended on some sites, along with other brand name products. No human lotions, as they contain chemicals, and the pigs will lick it off the spots.

I can't think of any white bits I've seen in hay, but have a look at the bag and see if you can find anything. If they have dry skin, you'd be able to find some by parting the hair and looking at the skin. (With them being outside you would need to be extra careful about anything you put on them that might stop the fur insulating them properly.)
Glad the losing fur issue doesn't seem to be a real problem - just see if there's anywhere that seems to be getting soggier quicker from toileting in the hutch, and you can always spot clean that area a bit more to stop the urine building up on his skin.
