Hi and welcome to Wheekers.
I'm sorry your guinea pig has a sore ear. Do you know what's caused it - injury, a rash or a sore patch? It may not be healing because it's infected, or the cause could be something else that also needs treatment from a vet.
With mild irritation, I would probably bathe it in salt water a couple of times a day to keep it clean and help heal it up. Forget about the band aid, she'll get it off (or go nuts trying) and the adhesives might irritate the skin further. But if it's swollen, bleeding a lot or feels hot, I would get her to the vet.
You could also gently file off any sharp edges on her toenails (if there are any - sometimes there can be when they're freshy cut) to reduce the damage she can do a little.
Good luck, please keep us posted with how she gets on.

Hello and welcome to Wheekers. There really isn't much you can do except, as Bean said, try to make it not itch enough to get her scratching it. A very small amount of Neosporin often helps with the itching and with the healing. Just a tiny dab on the wound. It helps to have small treats, celery leaves of little pieces of romaine lettuce to give her when soaking the ear, filing the toenails, dabbing on the Neosporin, so it becomes a special event the two of you share.
I hope these suggestions help.
