At least you're around to keep an eye on them most of the time. Ours have periods where they could get up to way too much mischief!

Maybe too much time, lol. I kept hearing noises, and thinking it was the girls. I'd go over to check on them, and they just look at me as if I were nuts. Turned out it was the solar panel for the lights on the garland around the front door. It was blowing across the door and making squeaking sounds that sounded like a piggy in trouble. It was also making clacks and clunks and other sounds that could come from Pigloo City, but wouldn't be good if they did. Once I figured out what was making the noises, the piggies got a break, lol

Ha! I bet there have been whispered conversations under HMS Piggy Wiggy, with them wondering if you're losing your marbles!

Hehehe, there's always something going on in the HMS Piggy Wiggy Pigloo City cleaning day, so the girls spent time in the temporary cage. When I picked up Noodles, she weighed less than the last time, which at best was only a week ago. She's getting up there in age, no sign of any problems, great poos, great personality, slowing down slowly as she gets older. I'm not concerned, but I am watching for any signs of distress, and hope I can catch any problems in time. The vet is an hour away, each way, so it's not a trip I'll undertake lightly, especially in the winter. Just keeping a close eye on her, and checking her each time I pick her up.

I hope Noodles is around for a long time. Pip & Squeak need an experienced piggy to get them through this world.

I hope the weight loss is nothing to worry about, it certainly sounds like Noodles is in good general health, and long may that continue.

Squeak has been vying for dominance, but Noodles is still holding her own. She's still the big pig, both in size and personality

Gorgeous girls!
How are Noodles' lip bumps? I'm hoping the lack of an update means all is well.

They're still there, and they're not bothering her, so I figure they are old age bumps. People get liver spots and skin tags. Why shouldn't she get old age bumps She looks so sweet when she's sleeping, and I've never managed to get a picture. As soon as I go near the cage in any way other than to walk passed it, she wakes up.

That's good news things are still the same and nothing's bothering her. Hope you manage to snap her sleeping, but they seem to have a sensor for when you get the camera out!

Some pics of the girls excited about dinner 🤗 Noodles doesn't get up on the side anymore, but Squeak is always up there, and Pip joined her. Squeak even posed for her own picture 🤗

I checked my listing here on Wheekers. We got Oodles and Noodles in June 2015. They were listed as 1 year old. Considering I doubt they know exactly when the girls were born, I won't use June 2014 as their birthday, but either way, Noodles is going on 7.5-8 years old. She's still doing well. A bit slower than the two younger girls, but definitely healthy and happy June 2022 will be her 7th Gotcha month

Go Noodles! It's so good when you get the ones with good genes who can benefit from great care, so you can have them in your lives for such a long time.
We tend to do birthdays rather than gotcha days, but just go with a lower age that they definitely are - if they're older than that it doesn't make any difference. It was more for our amusement anyway, but now the kids are older we quite often forget their birthdays anyway - sorry pigs!

Got a bigger temporary run up under the gazebo, and the girls are having a great graze 🤗 Pip was having fin grazfrom and playing in the basket. Once I dumped the fabric in before pinning it to the sides, she was under that and playing before I got the first pin ready to clip it to the run 🤗They're all grazing contentedly, now. We're working out there, so I can keep an eye on the girls.

I never got back her to say Noodles turned 8 in June. She was a yearish when we got her and Oodles, and has been with us for 7 years <3 She's still going strong <3
