I have an Alfonz, who I blather about in the piggy chat. I also have a sinister cat named Shmoopy Attachment DeletedAnd a Red Eared Slider named Ivey whom I don't have a recent picture of apparently. Shmoo is 3 and Ivey is 6 and they are a huge part of my much loved fluffy, and soggy family

Your welcome Jo.
I have had my turtle for 6 years, they are a long time commitment, as they can live up to 40 years if properly taken care of.

Maybe turtles are not or me. It would mean I might be 97 yrs old when it died! Any geriatric turtles needing a home? Ha! Ha! Xx

Hana, turtles are wonderful, but most of them live a crazy long time.

Nice fur and scale family! We had turtles a few times as kids, but they never lived very long. No turtle societies then, and no forums to teach us how to care for them. I hope yours lives a good, long life!

She is a pretty healthy turtle, and like my other pets, pretty spoiled lol. I hope she has a long happy life also though.

Hana, all three of my pets are currently on a diet plan for being overweight lol. The turtle is getting back to the proper weight lol. The cat ( no thanks to my room are who let her outside for hours because sometimes he is an idiot ) she might be pregnant so he weight is off what it should be. Alfonz is a pig, and screams at me for more food now when he thinks he should have it lol.

Oh Alfonzo I need to think the amount my piggies get, they are the same and it's my fault. I think I'll give them less treats but more often and overall less xx

Lol, Alfonz is pretty food, he usually only screams at me once a day, he sleeps on more hay than he eats, and I'm pretty sure he is going through puberty because he has started teeth chattering at the cat lol. He doesn't like his hay loft being empty though.

I've gained 3 lbs this week. Munching wine gums and jelly sweets mainly. Must be feeling more vulnerable than I thought. Yum yum, good at the time though! Xx

Darn that sugar!!! I've been eating spice drops, and that's not doing me any good. Luckily my stomach can't take too many at a time, and kicks me around in protest
