Maisie is gorgeous and I love her name. Do I spot a little bit of agouti and some Abby hair?
Good luck with the intros and am sure Bea will be the best big sister.

Thanks so much everyone, will pass on your lovely comments to Maisie. Hello Miss Maisie I do believe you are wearing trousers!!!! Your Mum has a special place in her hear for little piggies wearing trousers I absolutely love the photo with the hearts all around you. It is as if Mum did that on purpose Aww yes Janet, Maisies brown trousers is what I noticed almost straight away although I think they are a 'Simon Cowell' design as they are quite high. Lesa, yes Maisie does have agouti trousers and she has little rosettes

Aw she is just to cute!!! I've never heard the name Maisie before. Is it a popular name over there in the UK? It's cute and seems to fit her perfectly. I also noticed her brown trousers. But I fail to see the 'Simon Cowell' design in her....she is a stylish piggy! I can't wait for Beatrix to meet her new friend.

I have a cat called Maisie, or rather my dad does now - think she'll be around 17 now and she's just lovely, if a bit arthritic these days! I wouldn't say it's a common name in the UK, but you do hear it every now and then. I think it's just great for new baby pig!

I've never heard the name Maisie before. Is it a popular name over there in the UK? There is a series of children's books called Maisy the Mouse. I believe the author is British. www.maisyfun.com/forchildren/You would love them Val!

Maisie, I think I remember a child with that name. We lived in Indiana at the time and she was friends with my kids when they were little. I thought the name was unique.

Well hello there Miss Maisie... you are a little stunner!
I can also see that little glint of "Pippaness" about you too - must be that agouti colouring!... something tells me you're gonna be a handful for your Mum! Although you will be one of the smartest piggies on the block!
Sweet piggy kisses to you.

Thanks so much everybody. Aww Maisy the mouse sounds so cute I like how its spelt too. Maisie is doing very well and is now living with Beatrix. Both girls are getting on fairly well but Beatrix is being a little bossy, a little chasing and I hear the odd eek from Maisie (no damage done, thankfully) but hopefully Bea will fully accept her soon. I was quite surprised really as Beatrix was very submissive to Squeekie even though he was a gent to her much of the time. But then I haven't seen Bea live with other females apart from when she was much younger at the rescue she came from. Maisie is doing everything right and is being submissive so hopefully Bea will realise she is no threat and that she doesn't have to keep letting Maisie know her rank. Aww Maisie calls for Bea if they are seperated so she does like her even though Bea can be bossy with her. I've had quite a bit of worry over Beatrix as she is being treated for cystitis. She had a short course of Septrin but will be having another course as I'm hearing occassional noises again. There is no blood but if this course doesn't stop it returning then she'll need further investigations. I just can't believe that everything keeps happening. Its the first time Bea has been poorly. As you can see from these pics, Bea has a healthy appetite so I'm very relieved about that. Isn't Maisie tiny compared to Bea Maisie is full of beans, shes like a jumping bean at times lol she really is an adorable little girl and now takes food out of my hands. Picture overload Bea and Maisie together. Maisie has to eat fairly quickly as Bea will take food from her but shes learning quick and is now snatching it back lol Bea says 'I'm Queen and my head must be higher than Maisies' lol Maisie in the tunnel. I have a movie of Beatrix doing a wee in the tunnel and I'm sure you can hear her lol Maisies cute trousers A lovely one of Bea enjoying her Romaine Bea enjoying her newspaper Maisie with her very cute expression I'll post some movies soon.

Aww thanks Val and I'm sure your right, Bea will hopefully calm down. Maisie looks very happy much of the time and charges around in circles making Bea dizzy lol
I've forgotton whats its like to have a young baby popcorning all over the place lol My Peachy was as small as Maisie is now when I brought her home, Maisie brings very fond memories as both Peachy and Maisie have similar personalities.
