3piggles. What kind of chopsticks do you use? Bamboo ones are the easiest to use. Although I prefer stainless steel ones because they're longer-lasting and more hygienic. I think using chopsticks is more psychologically than physically difficult. Don't get hung up on it. My technique is probably not great either but I haven't starved yet

I did give the girls some bok choi, and I might as well have given them rocks, lol So I'll have to find a lot of ways to use the baby bok choi, as hubby bought me a whole big bag of it..... keep trying with it. They'll come round to it eventually. Our boys love the crunchy stems. I never give them too much, just hand-feed a leaf each. It's devoured pretty quickly
