My husband is very much into SOLID designs and loves working with wood... Be warned! ;D
We are a bit limited on groundspace (bay window), so the upper floor will be equably as big and should be easy to lift off for daily fleece cleaning.

She IS pretty. Too bad you have to wait so long. Even if it isn't as long as for Taffy and Tegan. You must be excited.

Can't wait to try another line-up... ;D

Once you know it's going to happen, it seems to take forever for it to actually happen.
I had wooden cages for several years, as I could make very large cages out of plywood and 2x4s. I had them on wheels so they were movable, with storage underneith and everything. My last one finally bit the dust around Thanksgiving last year. They were heavy enough that even the heavy duty wheels eventually croaked.
You'll have to post pics of some of his masterpieces.

Tegan is from now on Telyn "the harp"! My little constant chatterbox and loudest wheeker has now got a new name that suits her even better. As Tegan rhymes with Megan, and Telyn is spoken like "telly"+N, the lady in question is not bothered at all and too busy to tell everybody that is she is in season today, anyway!

I like all your Welsh theme names and Telyn is very unique and certainly sounds as if it suits her.

Thank you for the pronunciations. I was doing long E sounds. I do love the names.

The minstrel gallery according to Telyn.I had forgotten to put the soft tunnel back underneath the mezzanine floor and Telyn created a hammocky bedrom of her own! My little (silent, for once!) furry snail... ;D The sexy bum line up!Nia, Nerys and Taffy (who for the first time HAS a proper bum) are showing off. Cage-to-beOf course, the pigs have to suss out what is going on - they have seen nothing yet! Keep your fingers crossed for me this weekend - it C&C building day!!!

That rear end picture makes me chuckle every time I see it and Nerys has developed her curves very nicely - glad to see Taffy catching up.

As you can see, Nerys can give Kooky an amble (run would be too much of an effort!) for her money in terms of bum!!!

I like the Hammock pictures. Good luck getting the C&C up. It shouldn't be too hard though.

Hehehe, is that Taffy on the end with her hair in curlers??? Great pigtures. Yes, that is Taffy, and I am so tickled to see how well she is recovering from the strains on her body. She finally has a "solid" feel to her body, especially the back end. There was simply nothing there but skin and bones, and a very prominent backbone from which the flesh had melted away. And that was, after she'd put up 150g at her fosterer's already after she stopped nursing!!! Taffy has now put on another 150g (haven't weighed her yet this weekend, so it could be even more) and is comfortably over a kilo now.

Nerys wanted to find out what Telyn was enjoying so much up there - thankfully, she didn't manage to jump up. Then she discovered te staples box. And loved it so much, that I suddenly had one more big bag! All those calorie-free adventures are truly exhausting... The "monster" is still under construction... But it will be one SOLID monster, according to my husband!
