Really glad to hear that I hope the spring thaw doesn't overwhelm your drainage. With all the snow we've had, it's a major threat. The only good thing is we got most of the snow along the coast, not in the mountains, so we shouldn't have to deal with a horrendous flood of melt in the rivers.

So far its been manageable. My front yard is disgusting with the dead soppy leaves now showing from fall. I was in short sleeves yesterday. I know 'crazy Canadian' in short sleeves because its +5°C but in the sun and working in my mom's yard it was warm!

Not quite bathing suit weather, but definitely light jacket weather We have a grounds crew here at the condo village, and they do a pretty good job of getting all the leaves in the fall. I'm sure, once the polar ice caps recede, we'll find some that fell during the storms, and got trapped. We do have grass showing at the edges of the paved areas, so Spring is coming Glad you only got a messy yard out of the flooding, and no house damage.
