Oh no, how heartbreaking - I'm really sorry to hear this. Please let us know how you get on at the vet - if you can take a sample of the diarrhoea, that may help. I'm assuming there's nothing they could have got access to that could explain it? What an awful shock for you, I really hope the others are okay. x

I am so sorry to hear this It's always hard to lose a lovey, but so suddenly, it's just that much harder. Huge hugs Two things come to mind, only because a friend lost some of her pigs this way. Hay, pellets and the grass they were grazing on could have had a bacteria. That can have a very rapid and devastating effect on the piggies. I'm not sure how to do it, but you might want to replace their hay and pellets with new ones, and if you can, use a garden hose to blast off the grass before letting any pigs graze again. I really hope your other two are okay, and get a clean bill of health from the vet

Oh no, that's horrible news. I'm so sad for you. I hope the vet can help and your other guineas are safe ❤️

piggiemommy2, my deepest condolences for your loss. I've lost two myself in the past two years and it's not easy, especially when it happens so suddenly.
